Description

This is a great dropdown! Unfortunately, I need full keyboard support and eventually WAI-ARIA (http://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/) support for USA Section 508 compliance (accessibility). Do you envision adding keyboard and/or ARIA support?

Research direction
First, review the current dropdown implementation in the repository, focusing on event handling and DOM structure. Then read the WAI ARIA Authoring Practices for the menu button and combobox patterns to understand required roles and keyboard interactions. Check the existing issues and comments for any prior discussion on accessibility. Finally, propose adding ARIA attributes (role='menu', aria expanded, etc.) and keyboard support (Enter, Escape, Arrow keys) following the pattern.
