Description

Cf. Agent-Specific Discovery: the ability to guide Agents towards Resources that are relevant and accessible to it.

I think this is a good work package to separate. I would like to go over this document next meeting, discuss how to adapt it and whether it can be merged with the current work. (SAI A, with SAI B being data discovery and SAI C being Authz req/grant)
