PyStand的release用例里PyStand.exe的启动速度基本在1s左右，基本跟其他程序持平，但是自己用PySide写了一个功能简单的小工具，也就三四个很小的外部库，但是启动时间基本要3-5s，启动时间由哪几方面的因素决定，该怎么优化呢
