We can just mark a row to be deleted, but not actually deleting it from the table

Research direction
Examine the dashboard frontend code to locate the table component where rows are marked for deletion. Find the existing 'mark for deletion' logic. Then implement actual deletion by making a request to the backend API (likely in Python) to remove the cluster/job from the database, and refresh the table view after successful deletion.
