Description

The new G4 VM on GCP is now GA but is not yet supported. It's been GA since October

Need to add to catalog like this and test it.

Research direction
Examine PR #8327 for the pattern to add instance types to the catalog. Identify the catalog file (likely under skypilot/clouds/gcp/) and add the new G4 instance types following the same format. Then test the addition locally or via CI.
