With Cyrillic text in the window title, I get: '╨Ч╨░╨┐╨╕╤Б╨╜╨░╤П ╨║╨╜╨╕╨╢╨║╨░ ╨┐╨╛╨╗╤М╨╖╨╛╨▓╨░╤В╨╡╨╗╤П Vladislav тАО- OneNote for Windows 10'
