Description

Prefer process.cwd() over path.resolve().

The results are the same, but process.cwd() is faster and has a clear intention.

Review existing rules in the eslint plugin unicorn repository, especially similar 'prefer *' rules. Look at the AST of path.resolve() calls to ensure only zero argument calls are flagged. Check the comments in the issue for any additional requirements or concerns from maintainers. Implement the rule with tests and documentation following the plugin's conventions.
