Examine the repository's structure, especially the logger function and any existing error handling. Explore Electron's dialog module to create a user friendly error dialog. The issue asks for a dialog that appears on unhandled errors and promise rejections, and also logs the error via the logger. Reference the attached screenshot for UI inspiration.
