Description

I think it would be nice to allow localisation of the library. Electron already provides system locale so this is just a matter of extracting and translating strings.

Research direction
Electron provides system locale via `app.getLocale()`. Extract all user facing strings in the library (e.g., error messages) into a JSON localization file. Use the locale to load appropriate translations. The source is likely in the `source` directory.
