Then, examine the clear module source code to understand how it currently clears CommonJS modules. Propose an implementation that uses the new loader hooks to intercept ESM module resolution and implement the clearing functionality. Consider that the hooks are still experimental, so the implementation should be designed to work with future stable versions.
