I think this is a very new feature. You can only create it on the mobile app but you can see and interact on the web version. I think this needs some css updates to be properly displayed.

If any more info is needed then I will gladly provide it.

I can look into this in the future but I'm currently a bit too busy with other stuff, figured I'd report it already.

Look for theme specific CSS variables or overrides that affect reminders. Check if reminders use the same styling conventions as other UI elements. The issue mentions it's a new feature from mobile app, so the web version may need dedicated CSS classes.
