Issue Description

When at work, coworker was convinced you had to undo migrations like a stack, this is because the documentation had not been updated for migrations. I showed him issue 350 add this feature

If possible: Provide some suggestion on how we can enhance the docs

Add all update migration knowledge that would be helpful for developers especially at a glance or whatever gemini pulls from data from haha
