Description

The next step for this project is for someone to download it, do a code review and get the code working again. The last time the code was updated was 3 years ago and it is likely not working due to bit-rot.

Once we get the code stabilized as is, we can go through and test the current workflow on other projects (such as broccoli and blob detection). We then want to go through the issues list and prioritize the past forward. What we really need is a project manager. Any volunteers?
