Research direction
Review the existing LSL documentation pages to determine the site's article/page convention and where language topics are organized. Add a page explaining LSL states, including the required default state, and confirm it is discoverable with the other LSL documentation.

Description
As the title says, there is yet no page/article (what is it called in the site, anyway?) about LSL states.
As it is a very fundamental part of an LSL Script (it must have at least the default state), that is a very fatal omission, IMHO.
