The faucet provides developers with 0.1 Scroll testnet ETH for free, claimable once every 24 hours.

The faucet is maintained and powered by BringID (bringid.org), a proof-of-humanity solution for web accounts that helps crypto apps resist sybil attacks and bot abuse.

How important it is?

After completing BringID verification once, any developer can claim 0.1 ETH daily on the Scroll testnet without any additional checks.
It's a convenient way to always have fuel to develop on Scroll.
