Description

We should allow setting a timezone for each family (aka group).

This means we could print out last-seen timestamps in local time, including TZ code if we wanted.

Look for existing configuration structures and consider how to store timezone per family (e.g., in database or config file). Then implement the setting and adjust timestamp display accordingly.
