An api that shows all the learning data (WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS) associated to the location name

Contributor guide

Research direction
Study existing API endpoints in the schollz/find3 codebase to understand the patterns. Then add a new GET endpoint that accepts a location name and returns the associated Wi Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS learning data.
