General saveourtool problems

What's wrong:

• Fix profile links - when twitter is updated, the website is overwritten
• User deletion yes button is not working https://github.com/saveourtool/save-cloud/pull/2469
• Registration view no avatar editor issue https://github.com/saveourtool/save-cloud/pull/2453
• Fix manageUserPermissionComponent (faTimes disappears sometimes) https://github.com/saveourtool/save-cloud/pull/2466
• Registration view should be forbidden for unauthorized user https://github.com/saveourtool/save-cloud/pull/2453
• Filter by Users and Organizations is not available for non-logged in users.
• Use state from props works buggy - right now the avatar updating via settings causes unauthorised
• Project run tab information card should be reworked - add textarea and disable name edition
• Organization info tab should be refactored
• indexView paddings and sizing fix
• Organization description should be bigger - also, it should be limited
• Test the registration from the very beginning till the very end
• Registration + terms of use cause broken registration - should remove all buttons on terms of use
• Update terms of use (mention that after adding to vuln archive user cannot delete his vulns after approve)
• Update About Us
• Missing progress circle on Project View
• Justify the comment block to be equal to the date block
