Describe what you noticed and did

When sandboxie is installed outside C: partition, it will fail to load SbieDll.dll. I enabled filesystem compression for that partition since NTFS supports compression.

How often did you encounter it so far?

Expected behavior

Normally load SbieDll.dll even if sandboxie is installed in another partition and that partition uses compression.
