Two issues here with the same outcome. Not sure if this is an isolated case. Not seen anyone with the same problem, I don’t think. Might as well report the problem to see if anyone can help me.
The first issue is, if you drag the Edge icon from the desktop to the defaultbox, I’m presented with the following error,
SBIE2112 Object is not accessible: \Device\NamedPipe\nod_scriptmon_pipe, call OpenFile (C0000034) access=0012018B initialized=1
The second issue is, if I force Edge to start in sandbox, it loads, however, if I click on the 3 dots, the browser will freeze, show a black screen, and then Edge recovers. Same thing happens if I copy and paste a URL link.
This is the error shown in the event log; (please note this was from an old version of Edge).

I tried reset settings, remove Edge, used Sandboxie plus and reinstall, create a new user account, disabling/removing security programs. Nothing has worked. This issue has happened after v5.61.7.
The strange thing is I tried this in a virtual machine and it works just fine. Edge opens in sandboxie without any issues.
I don’t really want to reinstall my OS because of this issue.
Not sure what’s going on here. Hope you can help me with this.

Can you reproduce this problem on a new empty sandbox?
I can confirm it also on a new empty sandbox.
Did you previously enable some security policy settings outside Sandboxie?
