Due to popular demand, I'll be updating this project to the latest version of TensorFlow, 1.10.1 I will only be testing this on Ubuntu 16.04.

Research direction
Investigate the changes required to upgrade TensorFlow from version 1.4 to 1.10.1 in the flownet2 tf project. Review the current TensorFlow APIs used in the codebase to identify deprecated functions. Consult TensorFlow 1.10 release notes for breaking changes. Check the maintainer's note about testing on Ubuntu 16.04.
