Description

Basically, an #[allow] by default lint that tells you when you are referencing a value implicitly (e.g. String::new().chars() is really (*String::new()).chars().

Rationale is that somebody out there might actually want their code to have as minimal implicit behaviour as possible.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Study existing Clippy lints, especially those that check for implicit operations. Use the Clippy `LateLintPass` to detect method calls on types that are being dereferenced implicitly. Look at how `deref` is called in the standard library and identify patterns where a method call on a reference is actually a deref followed by a method. Implement a new lint with a suggested fix using `span lint and sugg`.
