Description

Basically, an #[allow] by default lint that tells you when you are referencing a value implicitly (e.g. String::new().chars() is really (*String::new()).chars().

Rationale is that somebody out there might actually want their code to have as minimal implicit behaviour as possible.

Research direction
This issue proposes a new lint for implicit deref coercion. To implement it, first study existing Clippy lints that deal with coercion or implicit behavior, such as `explicit deref method` or `deref addrof`. Then review the Clippy documentation for adding lints and look at the `rust clippy` source tree for similar lint implementations. The issue has an assignee (via Triagebot), so check the assignee's progress and any comments for additional constraints.
