Feature Description

Make it easier to gather trace data from local agents to some external logging/tracing service when running agents without cluster.

Proposed Solution

Create instructions to set up logging and trace services (mlFlow?) on laptop.
Create instructions to run agents under those services
Have authbridge exec subcommand have a flag that injects env vars for common OTEL configs, such as the ones Claude likes.
