Description

enhancement high priority ux

Feature Description

The presentation half of the observability work. tui/cost_event.go shows per-event cost; there
is no place to see totals.

Proposed Solution

A metrics view: session totals, per-model breakdown, latency percentiles
Reachable by a documented key, listed in the help overlay
Updates live as events arrive without disturbing the events pane
Readable when the terminal is small; no truncated numbers
Honours the persisted user configuration

Additional Context

Part of the Cortex v0.9.0 release. Depends on per-session token and cost aggregation, and on
latency metrics.
