Cutter is able to load PDB on demand, rizin can automatically download the PDB when requested using idpd

Describe the solution you'd like

The opening windows should offer a way for user to check if the PDB can be automatically pulled.

And once the binary, the load PDB button should also offer this option.

It should also refresh the content when finished.

Research direction
Add a button in the load dialog and main toolbar that triggers rizin's idpd command to automatically download PDB symbols. Implement the button's callback to run the command via rizin core and refresh the display upon completion.
