Disappearance of Vertical Scrollbars

✍️ Description

Just upgraded from Responsively App 1.1 to 1.10 and I do not see any vertical scrollbars on any device preview with the exception of "laptopWithTouch." Am I missing a way to turn on the vertical scrollbars on the device previews (or is this a bug)? I have an apple one-button mouse and I have disabled scrolling gestures (because it is annoying), so the lack of a vertical scrollbar is problematic.

🕵🏼‍♂️ Is this a regression?

This did work on my previously installed version of the app (1.1).

Investigate the current CSS that hides scrollbars in mobile device previews (likely in a webview style). Look for the settings/preferences component (e.g., Settings.jsx or similar). Add a toggle option to show/hide scrollbars and persist it using Electron's localStorage or a config file. Ensure the default behavior remains unchanged. Test across device profiles.
