Bug: Request details pane should close when logs are cleared

Issue
The bottom pane shows the details of a request listed in the table. If the logs are cleard, the request details pane should also close.
Repro steps
- Download Requestly's Desktop App.
- Connect an app to start intercepting traffic.
- Click on a particular request to open request details.
- Disconnect the app and clear the logs.
- The request details pane is still left open.
