What would you like Renovate to be able to do?

When more than one version is being updated, support the option to combine semantic release notes.

Did you already have any implementation ideas?

Can only work for known, semantic changelog formats. Probably a new option, opt-in. Some inspiration from https://github.com/Belco90/octoclairvoyant
