Description

Describe the bug When a user clicks on a citation or reference within an AI-generated response, the link or hyperlink does not redirect to the original source or referenced content. This means that users cannot easily verify or explore the sources mentioned in the AI's answer, potentially reducing the transparency and credibility of the information provided.

Look for any existing logic for citation anchors in the codebase, and consider adding `id` attributes to referenced content and updating the link behavior.
