Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some people may have multiple groups relaying to one discord channel. It would be helpful to have the group name come over on the webhook. Ideally we can include it in the (inworld) string.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the group name to the relayed message.
