Description
So some cleanup of some specifications that were created during the RHDH 2.1 release development lifecycle is desired as we ramp up for RHDH 2.2 is desired.
What we need is:
- creation of a directory named "RHDH-2-1-Legacy-Content" off of the "workspaces/boost" directory
- then, creation of a "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory under the "RHDH-2-1-Legacy-Content" directory
- move the "workspaces/boost/specifications" directory under the "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory
- move the "workspaces/boost/openspec/changes/agent-creation-discovery" directory under the "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory
- move the "workspaces/boost/openspec/changes/ai-chat-interaction-experience" directory under the "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory
- move the "workspaces/boost/openspec/changes/platform-operations-deployment" directory under the "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory
- move the "workspaces/boost/openspec/changes/pluggable-ai-platform-architecture" directory under the "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory
- move the "workspaces/boost/openspec/changes/security-safety-governance" directory under the "Pre-RHDHPLAN-15xx-Content" directory
- remove the section added to "workspaces/boost/README.md" introduced by https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins/pull/3278/changes#diff-3124cc0459afa507b233ac388b640e46d3b167c92c7f7ce30ec7d8e45c95adc5
