Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the existing drag-and-drop handling and public upload API, then compare it with the custom implementation mentioned in the issue. Done means consumers can capture drag events, including dragover, so they can highlight a dropzone, with coverage for the exposed behavior.

Description

It would be nice to have an API to capture drag events, especially dragover to highlight the dropzone when a file is dragged over.
If others find it useful too, I can polish my custom implementation a bit and make a pull request.
