Description

Misago uses Django 4.2 LTS currently, but this one is no longer supported. We should hop on 5.2 instead, that would keep us going into 2028.

Research direction
Review the Django 5.2 release notes for breaking changes. Update the dependency in requirements.txt to Django>=5.2,<6.0. Run the existing test suite to catch any regressions. If tests fail, address deprecations and incompatibilities as documented in the Django upgrade guide.
