Description

The pop build spec command should prompt the user if they want to add/amend/remove boot nodes. Existing bootnodes should be shown in a multiselect to enable user to select which ones should be removed.

Look at existing prompts in `pop build spec` for other properties. Use the same dialog library to add a multiselect for boot nodes. Implement add, amend, and remove functionality. Follow the pattern used for other options.
