Description

Covering come fancy git workflows might be easier if we were to implement some sort of git theta squash or git theta compact command that takes a checkpoint (which might have sparse updates, etc) and converts it to all dense updates. Then things like merging/rebasing long running branches could be simplified by running git theta squash to compact the checkpoint and then having a single merge/rebase based on that.
