Add top padding to the profile image on a website's about page in compact view (trestles, marquee, broadside)

Start with src/resources/projects/website/about/about.scss, then reproduce the compact About page using the trestles, marquee, and broadside templates with quarto preview about.qmd. Compare their compact-view image spacing with solana and jolla; done means the profile image no longer touches the top bar in all three affected templates.

Bug description

When you create a website using Quarto and go to the "About" page in compact view (e.g. on your phone or with a narrow browser window), the profile.jpg image has no top padding in the trestles, marquee and broadside templates. In the solana and jolla template, there is some top padding added to the image, as demonstrated below:

Importantly, when the website is viewed in a normal browser window (i.e., no compact view), there is some top padding present, even in the three templates.

I am willing to open a pull request on this issue -- I believe that it can be resolved relatively simply by adding a few rules to the about.scss file (already tested that myself on a fork).

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new website project: quarto create project blog test title
2. (Optional) In _quarto.yml, change the theme from cosmo to cerulean for better visibility
3. In about.qmd, choose one of trestles, marquee, or broadside templates
4. Run quarto preview about.qmd in the created project's root directory
5. Make the browser window narrower to enter compact view (or open the website on your phone)

Actual behavior

The profile images have no top padding in compact view when using trestles, marquee, or broadside.

Expected behavior

The images should not touch the top bar in the trestles, marquee and broadside templates in compact view. There should be some top padding added, just like in the solana and jolla templates.
