Description

It would be nice if a run_strategy could specify an executor.

This way different executors could be programmed, that would for example allow execution in a PG2 group.

Examine the existing run strategy and executor modules. Understand how the current executor is chosen, then modify run strategy to accept an optional executor argument. Implement a PG2 executor as a proof of concept.
