Description

It would be nice if a run_strategy could specify an executor.

This way different executors could be programmed, that would for example allow execution in a PG2 group.

Research direction
Review the current executor and run strategy implementation in the quantum core source code (likely in lib/ directory). Understand how run strategies are defined and executed. Look for existing executor modules to see how they are integrated. Consider how to allow a run strategy to specify an executor, possibly by adding an :executor option to run strategy config. Assess the impact on existing code and whether this is backwards compatible.
