[Bug] LT(layer, kc) do not work after waking up PC (Mac/Linux/Windows) on BlackPill

Description

Describe the Bug

I tested this on many different ways, on different devices and behavior is the same. When my computer goes into sleep mode/powers off, LT keys stop working as they supposed to, after next wake up/boot. I need to click 2 times to trigger behavior assigned to click action. I also noticed that if I click continuously and 2-3 times faster then normal it works as it supposed to.

Layers also not working.

  • QMK Firmware version: master (this exist in from 14.x.x)
