Description

The augmented_line_connections.py can be improved. See more what it does here: https://github.com/pypsa-meets-africa/pypsa-africa/pull/175

In the script we marked the following #TODO: Currently, only AC lines are read in and meshed. One needs to combine AC & DC lines and then move on. This TODO is a great learning contribution. Feel also free to add other features and fixes.

Read the existing augmented line connections.py and the linked PR #175 to understand the current handling of AC lines. Then implement the TODO to combine AC and DC lines, ensuring proper merging in the data structure.
