Xamarin.Forms ListView Issues with repro

Description

Since using Xamarin.Forms 3.1 I have noticed a few issues with listviews: Android: 1.0 I have a bound entry in a listview which is bound to a list of objects. one of the object property's is AlowProductCodeEdit which is attached to the IsEnabled property on the entry. AlowProductCodeEdit is set to false by default. When pressing the add button it creates a new instance of the object and adds it to the list setting AlowProductCodeEdit to true but on android you can't edit the entry. IOS works fine.

2.0 Maybe linked to above but if you delete an item in the list via a bound button the next item in the list entry field changes it's text colour from lightgray to black as if the field is editable again but it is not.

IOS: 1.0 having a MenuItem in the ViewCell.ContextActions breaks the automatic scrolling when you are at the bottom of the list (it doesn't scroll to where the cursor is focused) works fine on android.

Excuse the messy project (I have ripped most of the stuff out leaving only the required stuff to replicate)
