It would be great to have an example of server side rendering (or expected integration with another library like webpack-isomorphic-tools).

At least a couple recent issues seem to be related to people using this tool and also server side rendering: https://github.com/tcoopman/image-webpack-loader/issues/130 https://github.com/tcoopman/image-webpack-loader/issues/134
