First, review the Node.js ESM loader hooks documentation at https://nodejs.org/dist/latest/docs/api/esm.html#esm hooks to understand the current status and API. Then, examine the clear module source code to understand how it currently clears CommonJS modules. Propose an implementation that uses the new loader hooks to intercept ESM module resolution and implement the clearing functionality. Consider that the hooks are still experimental, so the implementation should be designed to work with future stable versions.
