we are facing multiple accessibility voilations for Form component.

i could also find the same voilations in the live playground.

Expected Behavior

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Download Accessibility Extension.
  2. Go to the page-> Developer tools-> Accessibility Assessment
  3. Hit the scan button
  4. Filter out the Voilations.
