Bug description

Bring up the Timeline (F12). By default, it's small along the bottom of the main panel. Resize vertically larger and it only goes so far. Undock the Timeline and try to resize bigger. It stops at the same height. It should be able to fill the screen.

Investigate the timeline panel's resize behavior, focusing on constraints set in the UI code. Look for any maximum height or size policy settings that limit the undocked window size. Check if there is a separate dialog/window class for the undocked timeline and compare its resize handling with the docked version.
