[Windows] video player keeps stuttering at every frame and freezes sometimes

Brief summary
As you can see in the clips below, the video gets stuttering at every frame and I'm not sure if this is an extension issue or app issue because this might an bug on both side with possibility the app player isn't handling the video files correctly or vice versa.
@MiaoMint @OshekharO please have a look at this issue, this causes performance problem with the app,
and I'm also getting the same Application Error dialog box when the app gets frozen and gets terminated as the Issue #92 .

Steps to reproduce
- open any movie (example: Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part One, Totally Killer) in
MoviesArcExtension. - then you can see the player starts to stutter and few times the app freezes and terminated automatically.
