Overview
We need to perform a QA of the SR Details modal so that we can enumerate any properties of the live component that do not match the design specs made in a previous ticket.

- compare the Service Request details modal to the live version of the application
- provide more detailed design documentation (i.e. redlining)
- enumerate each of the discrepancies in a comment below
- obtain Design Lead review
- upon approval, move ticket in
