List Rule needs status field.

Hi Guys, As I know, the response data when get list rule like below so we need return response for list rule with status(active/inactive) for each object rule.

Look at the rule listing endpoint in the OpenWhisk controller, likely in the RulesApi or RulesResource Scala file. The response currently lacks a 'status' field; you need to add the rule's status (active/inactive) to the JSON serialization of the Rule object. Check the Rule case class and its JSON serializer to include the status field.
