Description

Shape. Wrap ratatui's Backend::flush with DEC 2026 BSU/ESU sequences (\x1b[?2026h / \x1b[?2026l) to eliminate tearing on iTerm2 + ghostty. Add CODEWHALE_TUI_DEBUG=1 that logs per-frame render diffs to ~/.deepseek/logs/tui-render.log. ~70 lines total. Wins independent of any other work in this slate.
