PartDesign: Copy/Paste Sketches when Body is active should place them inside the Body

Problem description

Ctrtl+C and then Ctrl+V Sketches, LCS, when Body is active, should place them inside the Body.

The same should work with active Parts. Copied objects should be placed inside the active Parts.
