TechDraw: Can not select edges of a BIM Section Plane

Problem description

In the attached project and as discussed on the forum I have inserted a View of both a BIM Section Plane of a BIM Wall on the left side, and a direct view of the BIM View on the right side. On the TechDraw Page, I cannot select edges or vertices of the Section Plane view. However I am able to select edges of the BIM Wall view. There is a need to add Dimensions to both a View of a BIM Section Plane as well as a BIM object.
